hard core cave diving

I'm not into cave diving, I kinda get the attraction of going places no one else has seen before and maybe even finding a big cavern but it just seems there are too many opportunities to die along the way; particularly the squeeze-throughs.

I have dived in one of these springs in Florida and the water is really clear as it gushes out of the cave. The one we were at didn't provide penetration for more than 3 mtrs or so but I didn't even go in that far as some of the limestone outcroppings were a bit sharp and provided too many snag points for gear.

Anyway. when you have your head stuck in one of these holes you can't see the alligator sizing up you ass for lunch
