Thanks,

Tom, Mike and Simon for the chat and dive on Saturday night and Julie for the warmth and coffee & tea Very Happy .

We will have to organise a day time dive so you can see more of the wreck.
Tom don`t forget to send me the email we were talking about.

Thanks also to Julie for her hospitality in general.
Also thanks to yourself Dave and Christine for giving us the tour etc. We all enjoyed it, also its nice to put the face to the name.

It was as you can imagine a last minute decision - I had been down the country wednesday, thursday and friday - Teaching than the saturday (Lisa, my wife had rang me to see what i sounded like and to see if I was still alive!) When after the days teaching on saturday in carlingford - we were generally de-briefing back at the shop and planning sundays activities in carlingford again, when we were chatting about dive sites, when the Alastair was brought up, anyway a few Q's had come my way after diving it twice, both of them in extremely bad viz - i dont ever remember actually seeing the wreck, just touching it!

Anyway I than rang dave to ask a number of Q's, who than said the killing words! 'Christine and Myself are heading up there to dive now', Eyes widened - no, I couldnt, my Kids (what do they look like again - I have to refresh my memory - must see them.........' Embarassed The other 2 lads had made not only there minds but they were already working on my feeble mind knowing that diving and Tom dont require much to mate us together Shocked .... and another call was made - Ok were packing the kit and heading up.

And that was that - A great Dive, yep Im looking forward to the next and mayb organizing the other wreck we were chatting about beginning with m.

Sorry for anyone who would have liked to jopin us - it was as you can imagine a last min organization - and I got home at 1.40 am and had the alarm clock set again for 7.30 am on sunday to head back to bettystown for more work....

Oh Dave and thanks for the compliment about my Buoyancy - So Im not bad for a PADI diver eh?? Razz

Ta again Dave

Chat soon

Tom
